THE COTTAGE

The cottage offers an open-plan living and sleeping area with a queen-size bed and a pull-out couch for 1 to 2 children; a kitchenette, and a cosy bathroom. It has a patio with an outdoor dining table, a wicker loveseat, a wood-fired hot tub and braai.

LIVING 

The kitchenette is fitted with a microwave, a bar fridge, a kettle, a toaster, and cutlery and crockery. The living space has a mobile gas heather for the cooler winter months to keep things cosy.

The garden is filled with flowers, birds, and amazing mountain views. There’s also a patio with a table for outdoor dining and a wicker loveseat facing the mountains, plus a wood-fired hot tub perfectly positioned for enjoying the mountain views and stars at night. You are welcome to explore the veggie garden and little orchard at the front of the property.

THE AREA

Greyton is a small town in the Overberg area in the Western Cape, approximately 130 km from Cape Town. Greyton offers a tranquil retreat where you can recharge and reconnect with nature.

The weekly weekend market in the Market Square is an absolute treat, where local artisans showcase delicious farm fare, fresh vegetables, cheeses and produce that will overwhelm and delight you. Greyton has some prolific birdlife, beautiful wildflowers and fynbos, and there are many little walks and hikes around the village and in the mountains.

GOOD TO KNOW 

A cleaning fee of R400 will be added to your booking.

Please keep doors and windows closed and locked when you're not around.

Guests are welcome to explore the veggie garden and little orchard at the front of the property.
